Members of the Sacco play a very important role. They are the core of all operations and make the Sacco exist. Keeping track of the members and having a record of them is very important. Sacco MIS gives provision to keep member records and all essential details, eliminating paper work and lose of member records.
New Member Addition
With tailor made application form, it gives provision to add needed application form as per the Sacco specification, can be customized to suit requirements.
System allows secretary to register new members who join the system and approve them.
ACTIVE MEMBER REPORT
The active member report gives a summary of all active members. Gives a provision to download either in PDF or Excel format.
MEMBER EXIT
Members are able to apply for exit or termination, the admin is able to review and approve the member exit application.
The system is able to keep truck of members who have exited the Sacco. It also gives provision to activate a member once they rejoin the Sacco.
ARCHIVED MEMBERS
They system allows admin to keep tack of members who have exited the Sacco. And activate them when they rejoin the Sacco
