HELP DESK AND ISSUE TRACKING
Members have expectations, hence support is very important. With the help desk and Issue Tracking module, members are able to raise concerns and same will be delivered to the admin who will either solve the issue or escalate to the person responsible to handle the issue.
The member is able to raise an issue from their portal: same will be sent to the admin in charge
Gives provision for the member to select the issue type and give issue description
Once the member sends issue the admin is able to see raised concerns.
Admin is able to escalate the issue to a member of the Sacco
Admin is also able to solve the issue by giving the problem definition and the solution provided to the raised issue. There after the admin is able to solve the issue and feedback sent to the member.
